The house is located on the highest point of a steeply sloped plot, which ends in a ravine, which traverses the area.

At the opposite end of a logically evolving horizon, the house manifests itself as an esoteric concentrated mass, acquiring a strong monolithicism, which is intensified with the roughness of the visible concrete. This is maintained around the exterior and is discontinued only at the last floor where a loggia is formed underneath the lightly arched roof.

The extended height of the residence ensures privileged views of the surrounding area – in the manner of a watchtower – and gives the building the character of a landmark. A simple, monolithic gesture in a characteristic Attic landscape, like a hewn stone with shadow.
